Dear Friends,

Please join me on Saturday, April 14, 2012 for the Saugatuck Town Crier 5K. This is an event that not only promotes good health but the Town Crier benefits Saugatuck Public School athletics, Community Recreation, Saugatuck Youth Center and SABA.

In 2010, I participated in my first Saugatuck Town Crier. It was a challenge from my niece, Aggie. She was participating in her first Girls on the Run 5K, herself. And as she said "Uncle, if I can do it, so can you!" Talk about a challenge I had no choice in ... my niece was 9 years old.

In 2011, Aggie and I ran the Saugatuck Town Crier 5K together! Ballet has taken over for Aggie but join me as I work towards a healthier life while promoting a great cause!

The Challenge
Any participant beating Pete's time will have their choice of:
* A $25 Dining Certificate to celebrate at The Belvedere Restaurant that evening (limited to first 20 participants and subject to availability), or
* A $50 Lodging Certificate (The Belvedere Inn) to be applied to a two night stay that weekend, Friday & Saturday (limited to the first 5 participants and subject to availability).
* At BIS, we are all winners. If you are not up for the race, we love to have you join us in the cheering section. Find a picture of Agatha somewhere on this website and we will offer you a $25 Certificate to be used towards your two night stay that weekend or dinner on Saturday evening (limited to the first 5 participants and subject to availability).
