The Belvedere hosts a number of Special
Events a year and each one is unique. Most items are rented
(which arranged by your personal Special Events Coordinator) such as the tent, chairs, tables
and linens. You are able to customize your event by upgrading
or picking your own selections ensuring your event will
be unique and fit to your vision. Therefore, pricing varies
significantly from one event to another. The Belvedere is
not a Country Club, Golf Course or Banquet Facility that
charges a flat facility fee. Special Events at The Belvedere are
a packaged event and pricing is heavily dependent on each
party's selections.
Because the Belvedere will handle your rental needs and provide all food service, we are able to price your event up front without sending you off to various vendors. But again, pricing is reliant on your requirements and is only feasible after an initial interview conducted upon your visit. What we can give you an estimate of are food and lodging costs. Standard pricing for all events, regardless guest count or whether indoors or outdoors are as follows:
- Facility Fee starting at $3500: This closes the restaurant to the public the night of your event.
- Menu costs starting at $35 per person: View the Special Events Menu.
- Lodging costs of $2500 per night for all 10 guest rooms, discounted rates: Minimum night stays apply. Lodging cost is billed to Special Event invoice. Any funds collect from SE guest is credited to invoice as a payment.
- Coordination fee of $1500: You personal Special Event Coordinator will hold you hand from day of contracting until the checkout the following morning. Most importantly, your SE Coordinator will be present at your event to ensure all your requested details are met and to manage your vendors. We do not just unlock the doors, guard the premise for damages and lock up.
Beyond the above costs, there is no mathematical formula that will break costs down to a per person cost. Fixed costs apply regardless of guest count such as Facility Fee, Tent, etc and variable costs apply such as tables, chair, menu, etc. that vary based on guest count.
