Often regarded as the premiere Special Events Venue in West Michigan, The Belvedere hosts a number of  events each year.  Each event is unique and individually custom to meet the needs of each individual party!

Offering formal grounds, exquisite lodging accommodations and gourmet food, The Belvedere is a one stop Special Event Destination!  Both the Inn and Restaurant have received several awards.  Your personal Special Events Coordinator will work with you closely from day one to the day of your event, arranging for most rentals, setting up, managing your vendors to making sure the Best Man knows when he is getting the microphone for his toast.  Your own dedicated Special Events Coordinator will coordinate to the smallest detail making The Belvedere ideal for couples who live farther away or desire to focus on the more fun part of planning such an event.  This is one of the added features of a first class venue versus a banquet facility that just unlocks the door!  Believe us, you (and mom!) will be thankful for this coordinator the day of!

The Inn offers 10 lodging rooms and is part of the Special Events Contract.  There is a two night minimum stay on weekends.   During the months of July & August the minimum weekend stay is 3 nights and Holidays vary.  Keep in mind that most lodging establishments will have the same minimum stay requirements. We work with other lodging establishments in the area and can help you place overflow guests.

The outdoor season runs June through September with a capacity of 350 guests. Indoor event contracts are offered the remaining months and have a capacity of 100 guests. Note: We understand that it is difficult to know your guest count a year out and you are working with an estimate. Therefore, it is very important to understand that our indoor capacity is 100. Indoor parties that estimate 100 guests at time of contracting are often discouraged from considering an Indoor event. Based on availability, we do sometimes offer indoor events during the outdoor season but this varies depending on demand.

Upon contracting, you will be provided with a Vendor List.  Just about everything you will need may be arranged locally.  All food & alcohol beverage is provided through the Belvedere Restaurant.  All rentals are arranged by The Belvedere.  Beyond that (florist, photographer, musicians, etc.), Special Event guests are invited to make their own arrangements.

Our events are weekend events as lodging is required so receptions can be on any of the nights you lodge and pricing is the same.  After perusing our website if you feel we can meet your needs, the next step would be to schedule a visit.   At that time we can give you a tour of the venue, guest rooms and discuss your requirements and rental needs.
