The Belvedere Restaurant is owned and operated
in conjunction with The Belvedere Inn. Co-Owner and Chef,
Shaun Glynn, has received
a number of awards for his culinary skills. Shaun, from Galway,
Ireland, was schooled and trained in some of the top European
schools and restaurants.
Chefs will tell you quality food begins with the freshest and best quality products. Shaun,
a culinary perfectionist, prepares everything from scratch, starting with the stock.
His European flair believes that diners eat with their
eyes so food presentation is as equally important as the flavor.
The Belvedere Restaurant has seasonal hours, along with a seasonal
menu. There is no dress code and guests are invited to bring their
own alcoholic beverage, limited to beer, wine and champagne and one bottler per person (no liquor, please).
There is no corkage fee. Reservations are recommended. The restaurant is nonsmoking.
The Belvedere Restaurant also hosts a number
of

Events and private parties (Weddings, Commitment Ceremonies,
Special Events, etc.). For private events, seating
is available up to 100 guests indoors and 350 guests outdoors.

Party to a more private birthday or anniversary celebration,
various menus are available to meet your needs. Our Special
Events Coordinator is qualified to make sure every detail
of your event is planned.
